The 2019-2020 financial year sees the addition to the Australian Ocean Data Network (AODN) of two (2) new staff members Eva Cougnon and Nate Hogan.
Eva joins the AODN as a Project Officer where she will be heavily involved in the AODN activities of the Animal Tracking facility including, but not limited to, the re-development of the acoustic tracking web-interface project.
Nate joins the AODN as a Database Engineer where he will progress the infrastructure aspects of the IMOS National Reef Monitoring Network (NRMN) Project, a project to develop a single amalgamated database and associated data management tools for the storage and uninterrupted availability of all data obtained during shallow reef surveys conducted by the NRMN.
We are really excited to have these 2 new members, who have already demonstrated they will accelerate these projects as well as assist in other aspects of daily AODN life. Welcome Nate and Eva.
