2008 IMOS Mid-term Review
The Australian Integrated Marine Observing System (IMOS) is presently conducting a mid-term review.
The review will consist of two parts:
• a re-focus on priorities for final two years of IMOS; and
• the other developing IMOS post July 2011.
If you wish to make a submission:
Below are the documents to refer to if you wish to make a submission to the review, plus the timetable. IMOS operators, coinvestors and stakeholders have been emailed advising the process for sending in a submission to the IMOS review. If any interested parties would also like to make a submission the key areas we would appreciate your comments on are:
· General remarks on the progress of the IMOS implementation.
· Usefulness of the IMOS datastreams to your organisation.
· How you see IMOS could be enhanced in the future to be more relevant to your organisation.
· Anticipated major benefits your organisation expects from the IMOS infrastructure.
· Any other general comments you may have.
The deadline for submissions is Friday 21 November 2008. Submissions should be sent to Jo Neilson, IMOS Executive Officer, via:
