Data processing for the SOOP-BA data follows the flow chart shown in the figure. In-house tools have also been developed to assist with data management and help identify and prioritise subsets of data for post-processing. In addition, a Matlab visualisation tool for Ships of Opportunity Bio-acoustic NetCDF files is found in this manual, and an overview of data collection and processing procedures can be found here.
